From 2:48PM until 2:54PM GMT+8, one of our upstream providers experienced network congestion. This caused routes that were going through that upstream provider's network to experience packet loss.
The upstream provider has communicated to us that immediate arrangements are in place to upgrade capacity on their side to permanently resolve their congestion issues.
